And, as with any skin and bodily issue, regular exercise may also help by increasing circulation and improving blood flow, which is needed to help flush out your organs and pores for a healthy complexion. Overall, there are many ways to help get rid of pimples. However, for the best results, it is important to first determine the specific cause of your breakouts, which will help you choose the most effective treatment for you. In more severe cases, you may even be able to receive a clinical-strength acne prescription from your doctor.
