The second level of self-awareness is the one we commonly refer to as “cognitive self-awareness.” This is the awareness that you know something about your body and your body parts (such as your legs), but you do not know what your body’s purpose is. The third level is “spiritual self-awareness,” which is pretty self-explanatory.

Our friend, photographer, and artist, Patrick, is a really great example of a photographer who can remember a lot of what he takes. But when he tries to take photos of things he doesnt remember, he gets really frustrated. It’s a good thing because photography is a very visual medium, and it’s easy to get frustrated when you can’t see something in a photo, or you can’t hear the sound the things you’re photographing.
Our friend Patrick’s photography has caused him a lot of frustration. His memory loss is a big issue because he has a lot of visual images with him. He’s trying to make sure he remembers to take his photos though.
