My friend, author, and blogger, @nathan_vince, has made a viral twitter video where he introduces the ideas of how to be more present and self-aware, and how to achieve happiness in whatever you choose to focus on. Check it out, and let me know what you think.

I know youve been saying that you need to go out and start again, but I think youre right. I think youre right. So you’re going to have to come up with some ways to address that.

I have found myself so much more frustrated with the modern world, the way technology and our obsession with it is all we seem to care about these days, that I think I’ve finally hit a breaking point.
